Personal Data Protection Notice for Individual Shareholders
This document is complementary to the personal data protection notice on the orange.com website and is intended for individuals who wish to receive financial information, news and events related to Shareholder Relations and the Retail Investors Club.

Personal data is collected so that we can process all your requests via the contact form, by post including electronic mail or by telephone and send you the required information. The personal information collected about you is gathered for the purposes of managing the Retail Investor Club. Orange, as the controller of this Club, implements various initiatives based on its legitimate interest in strengthening its links with its shareholders. The personal data enabling you to be identified and contacted as a shareholder are used for the purposes of communicating information offered by your Club, for participating in and managing events and for any operations offered by the Retail Investor Club. It is also used to check your eligibility to our events. It may also be used for surveys, analysis and statistics as part of improving our relations with our shareholders. Your data will be kept for the duration of your interactions with the Shareholder Relations Department.
What data is processed?
This involves data relating to:
- identity data, such as surname, first name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and number of Orange shares owned (in particular for eligibility for the Club's events).

Who receives your data?
The data collected is intended for the Shareholder Relations Department and the internal departments working alongside it, its subcontractors and service providers, and the partners of any events in which you take part. In the context of legal proceedings, the data processed may also be transmitted to the competent authorities. The data collected as part of Shareholder Relations is not processed outside the European Union.
How can you exercise your rights?
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 as amended and the European Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679, you are entitled to access your personal data, rectify and delete them, limit their processing and oppose their use.
